Avenna is committed to respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data Avenna uses and where it is stored.
Avenna does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external server. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising. We do not have a backend or user accounts.
All data stays on your device. It is stored locally using standard iOS storage (such as UserDefaults, Keychain for your PIN, and local file storage for documents). Avenna does not send your data anywhere.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple via StoreKit. Payment and billing details are managed by Apple, not by Avenna. We only receive information from Apple about whether your subscription is active. We do not see payment or financial data.
The home screen widget reads schedule and rest data from an App Group container on your device. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded or shared.
When you import a PDF roster, Avenna processes it on your device. The parsed data is stored locally only. Roster files and parsed data are never sent externally.
Your crew pairing preferences and any documents you add are saved locally on your device. They are not transmitted or stored externally by Avenna.
You do not need an account to use Avenna. Your data is tied to your device, not a login.
